The best food for a woman with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables, along with complex carbohydrates. With very little sugar and processed foods. By eating the right kind of food it will be easier to lose weight especially with some daily exercise!
To eat the healthiest I try to plan my weekly meals on Saturday or Sunday for the upcoming week. I also tend to do my grocery shopping on Sunday or Monday. In order, to eat the most organic and natural while still being budget conscience I try to cook meals around ingredients that are on sale.
I really enjoy cooking, so I'm continuously coming up with new recipes or twists on some of my favorites. Stay tuned as more are added!!
