At that point you'll have fewer if any cravings, you should have more energy, and have a solid foundation for a healthy diet. Focus on consuming three small meals and three small snacks. PCOS Cleanse Guidelines - It's imperative that you do not consume any alcohol. Also, too much caffeine can be harmful I recommend none at all. At least try drinking no more than two cups per day, preferably NO coffee especially during the first two weeks.
- Consume lots and lots of vegetables. Leafy, green vegetables are best, such as baby spinach, bok choy, and broccoli. You shouldn't consume any starchy vegetables like potatoes.
- You can eat fruit except for pineapple, bananas, and mangoes as they have too much natural sugar. Simple fruits like apples, oranges and grapefruits or fruits that have a lot of water such as melons are best. Limit your fruit as too much natural sugar isn't ideal. Three pieces a fruit a day is recommend.
- Limit protein, beans, eggs, or a small handful of nuts are best. Try not to consume protein from meat unless you find yourself absolutely exhausted after day five.
- Before each meal drink one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in about a quarter cup of water. The health benefits of apple cider vinegar are endless.
