June 28, 2010 Lately, I've been feeling more blessed and excited than usual about my health! I wake up every morning, excited about all the changes and improvements I've made over the past several years. That are really starting to consistently pay off. It's been a long journey, but one that has had countless enjoyable milestones Eating healthy and regular exercise along with the treatment of your choice is the only forward. Sometimes, the most difficult task is getting started and believing in yourself, but after you have a little momentum behind you it gets easier. It becomes more difficult to get off track because you're feeling and looking better. The positive changes that occur will become your motivation for continuing. More than likely, you won't feel the need to turn to all your previous unhealthy habits because you'll being enjoying all the positive changes in your healthy, body, and attitude. I know that you can feel fantastic if you just decide that you are worth it! Take the time to plan your meals and cook along with making the time to exercise on a regular basis. Summer time can be a perfect time to make changes to your regular routine; especially with the longer days, sunshine, and all the fresh produce. All great reasons to stop procrastinating and start moving! If you consistently make healthy choices you'll begin to crave fresh fruit, vegetables, and exercise. More and more each day, you'll start to get more of your life back, more of your health. I can't explain the exact feeling, but I can tell you it is WORTH IT.
