I've been taking apple cider vinegar consistently for almost three years, the taste even when diluted in water is still somewhat shocking. Nevertheless, it's gotten much better and I feel great knowing that I'm putting something into my body that is helping my systems function properly. My skin is smooth and clear, which apple cider vinegar can take some of the benefit, but I also know that it's not completely responsible. It's a combination of a healthy diet, exercising, and stress management.
