Advantages of Eating Vegetarian

by Kate
(California )

It's a common misconception that vegetarians lack protein. Think about all the nuts, seeds, lentils, legumes, beans, tofu that are all great sources of protein. I became a vegetarian for a brief period in my teen years believing I was an activist for the inhumane ways animals are treated. It didn't last long. As a woman in my early thirties I've been a vegetarian for almost five years ago. The guy I was dating (whom is know my husband) was a vegetarian. It was easier, it made meals more convenient. Then I fell in love with him and being a vegetarian. Both of which I have never reconsider.

I hope while doing your research you consider the many, many advantages of a vegetarian diet. I wanted to share a couple with you. Vegetarians live longer. You'll save money. I avoid all the chemicals found in meat. A big, BIG advantage with someone who has PCOS. I wish you well with your research and hope you decide that being a vegetarian is a good decision for you.
